Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Be assured that every Heartisans transaction is safe and secure. All credit card transactions are made on a secure server. Payments will be reflected on credit card statements, and paypal, as Osborn Designs, Inc.

SHIPPING
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Feel free to contact us at hello@heartisans.com if you have any additional shipping requests. Items are shipped within 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship international orders via USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply.

RETURNS
If for any reason you must make a return, we are happy to accept your return for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned in new condition within 7 days of the return request.
